It’s that time of year again!  I can imagine how excited the senior class of 2010 must be with only a few months left in their high school careers.  With plans getting underway for celebrations I wanted to remind all my 2010 Seniors that you still have time to order custom graduation announcements and party invites.  No two designs are alike!  Please contact the studio before Friday, April 30th if you are interested in having me design your invites.  There are several types and sizes of invites available to fit every budget out there.  Please call the studio at 815-878-6406 or contact me using the contact page on this blog.  Here are a few of my favorites from last year’s senior class.  Congrats to all the graduating seniors!

Kelsey was my first portrait shoot of the 2009-2010 seniors.  I LOVE photographing seniors.   They are at such a neat place in life and all so different from one another.  I especially enjoy when my clients come up with neat ideas for locations or bring something along that is special or unique to them.  Kelsey has been dancing since she was a little girl and brought along a ballet outfit and shoes.  Thanks for a great first shoot, Kelsey!

Hannah was my first senior shoot this Spring.  Princeton High School requires that you have your pictures in by Thanksgiving, so it’s a rare treat for me when I get the opportunity to shoot a senior session in the Winter or Spring.  Since Hannah is home schooled there were no deadlines!  We started with a few indoor shots and then headed to the train station for a few more.  We lucked out and got a beautiful, sunny day.   Actually, Hannah’s sister, Sarah, is in the engagement post below and we shot on the same day.  We battled with the same winds as Sarah and Joshua’s shoot, but it worked out just fine.  Hannah you are beautiful!  I wish you all the best in your future.

I think Hannah’s soft smile is so beautiful.

Hannah plays volleyball in a church league.  She’s tall…I wouldn’t want to face her at the net!

Something about the muted tones here I just adore.

Sometimes the bright sun works on my side!  This is one of my favorites.
